BIGEYE Series CMOS Cameras


  • The BIGEYE series cameras use Sony Exmor technology, Exmor R, Exmor RS back illuminated CMOS sensors or GSENSE large-sized sensors. The EXmor series CMOS sensors use double-layer noise reduction technology, which has ultra-high sensitivity and ultra-low noise. The GSENSE series sensors have large pixel sizes and advanced back illuminated processing technology, with peak quantum efficiency up to 94%; Through relevant multi sampling techniques (CMS), the chip has a readout noise of less than 1.2e - and a dynamic range of up to 90dB, making it an ideal choice for biological imaging and scientific applications. At the same time, GSENSE2020BSI supports global reset roller shutter exposure with high frame rate, providing a new solution for high-performance applications such as UV industrial detection and corona detection.

    The BIGEYE series cameras integrate a 12 bit Ultra Fine Hardware Image Signal Processor Video Stream Engine (Ultra Fine HISPVP), which enables hardware demosaic, adjustment, auto exposure, gain adjustment, one click white balance, image color adjustment, saturation adjustment, gamma correction, brightness adjustment, contrast adjustment, Bayer format image to RAW data for final 8/12 bit output. HISPVP has transferred the traditional computer CPU processing to hardware processing, greatly improving the camera's transmission speed and reducing CPU usage.

    Utilizing USB 3.0 data transfer technology to achieve fast and stable video transmission.

    The BIGEYE series cameras have resolutions ranging from 4.2 million to 10 million.

    BIGEYE series cameras are randomly provided with advanced video and image processing application software ToupView/ToupLite; Provide Windows/Linux/OSX multi platform SDK; Supports native C/C++, C#/VB.Net, Directshow, Twain API.

    The above characteristics of BIGEYE series cameras can be used for capturing ordinary bright field, weak light, or fluorescence field microscopic images.
